All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and the spirit-crafted designs on our artwear, is the property of Loon & Sturgeon and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the artwork or products without express written permission from us.

5. Products and Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Some of our items are limited edition or spirit-crafted in small batches. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

6. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform. We may also use third-party tools like Stripe or PayPal for payments. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, or content made in connection with any third-party websites.

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or blog comments, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute those comments. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or pay compensation for them.
